  • Our office is open Mon-Fri from 8AM-4PM. If you arrive outside of these times, we have someone on call at all times. You can either call them directly at 9386 0011 or use the phone to the left of the main entrance on 48 Mounts Bay Road.

  • If you need something fixed in your room, or notice something around campus that is broken, you can email our maintenance team at facilities@stmc.uwa.edu.au.

    Should you have Visitors, we suggest you use the visitor car park near admin and collect a temporary voucher from Janienne at the front desk.

  • Bike Share: Tommy has several bikes available to loan as part of our bike share program. Please see Janienne to check out a bike and take a key. Always lock your bike securely and return to the same place you

    Car Share: our car share program is managed through SolvCar and for short-term use. The car is located at the front carpark for you to loan but you will need to set up a membership account through the vendor directly.

  • We know Wi-Fi is super important to you. You need it to be fast, reliable and ready to go when you’re studying hard. Superloop provides all of our internet services and the Wi-Fi connection around college is unlimited per person, which is included in your fees.

    Superloop installs pervasive, full-site Wi-Fi with coverage in all bedrooms, shared study areas, and communal areas. You’ll be pleased to know that we include the concurrent connection of up to 8 devices to the network in your accommodation feeds.

  • Printing at Tommy is now available for all residents using the printer in the Business Centre. Your account will be set up with a starting credit of $5.00 but there are some key details you will need to keep in mind before we get into the instructions.

    To use the printing facility, your jobs will need to be converted to PDF. Once you have the colour or black & white PDFs ready, you have two options available for submitting your job to the printer:

    WEB PRINTING

    Web printing requires you to be on the Big Air network and follow these instructions:

    Go to the URL ________

    Login using your username and password

    On the left, select "Web Print"

    Click submit a job

    Click upload documents

    Either drag the PDFs onto the relevant box or click "upload from computer"

    Print job!

    EMAIL PRINTING

    Email printing can be done from anywhere! It just requires you to use your email address when you send jobs. Simply email from that account to any of the following addresses, depending on how you would like to print.

    Duplex (double-sided) - duplexcolour@stmc.uwa.edu.au
