College Regulatory and Policy Framework
Residents enter into a contract with the College, via either:
i) a Residency Contract, or
ii) an RTA Lease + College Membership Agreement.
In entering these contracts, Residents agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained within those contracts.
One of those conditions is that the Residents read, understand and agree to comply with all documents comprising the College Regulatory and Policy Framework1. These documents (listed below) set out the College’s core standards of behaviour and values-based expectations for Residents, plus practical, residence-specific rules and conditions (including expectations for use of rooms and common areas, guests, noise, alcohol and other drugs, safety, and property)2.
Resident Misconduct and Discipline Policy and Procedure

Support for Residents Policy and Procedure
Plus others:
1 While Residents are bound by these documents, they do not form part of the Contract and do not impose any contractual obligations on the College.
2 Where more than one document applies, Residents must comply with all. If there is any inconsistency between the documents, the College will interpret and apply them in a manner that best promotes a safe, respectful and inclusive community, consistent with the College’s Catholic ethos and applicable law.
