About the Chapel

The Chapel As a Catholic College, St Thomas More College Chapel plays a central role in the life of both our resident students and the considerable number of locals who choose to worship with us on a regular basis. We are one of only a small handful of working university College chapels within Australia.

Mass is celebrated daily, in beautiful surroundings, lit by stained glass windows imported from Ireland when the College was founded in the 1950s.

Since 2006, the College Chapel has also served as the Western Australian home of the Knights and Dames of Malta.

The Chapel was consecrated by Archbishop Hickey on 15th December 2006.
